3DSP - 3D Smart Polymers

The "3D Smart Polymers" project has the ambitious goal of engineering two complementary production systems: the first one aimed at the manufacture of 3D electronic devices through a welding process on polymers with laser technology developed by CEMAS ELETTRA Srl and the second one aims at obtaining the first machine in the world capable of characterizing 3D devices based on the well-established flying probe technology that has made SPEA SpA a leader over the years. The project is characterized by activities aimed at developing two new products, in the field of testing three-dimensional polymer-based electronic components and in the field of welding three-dimensional polymer-based components.
