TCOtronics project aims at developing and bridging to the market a revolutionary concept of a low-cost solution process to fabricate transparent conductive oxide films optimized for optical and electronic applications. Within TCOtronics, models to predict the optical and electronic properties of the films will be developed in order to increase the efficiency of the fabrication process that will be customized for the different purposes: photonic structures for filters and mirrors, transparent electrodes for visible solar cells and transparent electronic circuits.
