The research will cover five points of interest: (1) State of the art of power module technologies (2) Future trends for low-voltage power modules (80V to 250V) (3) Support for simulation and design of next-generation LV power modules (4) Reliability analysis (5) Qualification and testing capabilities: The collaboration involves the PEIC Interdepartmental Laboratory.
